Kringle opskrift


Kringle opskrift (ca 4 stænger)



500g mel

Lidt salt                

2tsk kardemomme

200 g margarine

1½dl mælk

50g gær

2æg

2 spsk sukker



Fyld

300g margarine

150g sukker

15g markroner

2tsk kanel

(evt. 20g revet marsipan)

Æg til pensling og hakket nødder og perlesukker til at drysse oven på



Bagetid 30min ved 200 grader



Margarine og mel smuldes sammen. Gær og lun mælk røres sammen. Kom gær blanding, sukker, salt og æg ned i mel/ margarine blandingen. Æltes sammen. Hæves 30min. Fyldes røres sammen. Dejen rulles ud til en rektangel og fyldet lægges på midten. Siderne foldes ind. Efter hæves 20 min.
